The Russian army never and nowhere fights with civilians - this is an axiom.

In the course of the special military operation in Ukraine, this rule is unconditionally observed by us.

Not a single deliberate strike on residential buildings or civilian infrastructure was carried out during all the days of the operation.

Unlike the United States, which in Serbia, in addition to military targets, purposefully hit bridges, media outlets, peaceful factories and plants, and “accidentally” hit the Chinese embassy, residential areas, schools, hospitals and monasteries.

There is no need to talk about Iraq and Afghanistan: there, attacks on civilians and civilian infrastructure were carried out regularly, just in case.

Since the Armed Forces of Ukraine are trained by American instructors, they have always been quite calm about civilian casualties, which was demonstrated in the Donbass, where the Ukrainian Armed Forces hit residential areas without the slightest doubt.

Now Ukrainian propagandists are actively spreading on the Internet footage of multi-storey buildings affected by the bombings, but they are silent about the fact that these are often Donetsk and Luhansk, and the attacks were inflicted by the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Humanitarian exit corridors for civilians are the ABC of modern combat tactics.

But for some reason, the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the Ukrainian authorities have been unable to understand this alphabet for many days.

More precisely, they pretend that they can not figure it out.

It would seem that there is nothing complicated: they phoned, talked, stopped the fire, peaceful people left.

An interpreter is not needed, the Ukrainian leadership has not yet forgotten the Russian language, no matter how it pretends otherwise.

However, for a variety of reasons this does not happen.

Persistent attempts to blame what is happening on Russia look simply stupid.

I repeat once again: we are not at war with civilians, and the lower the risk of accidentally hurting civilians, the easier it will be for our soldiers to achieve the goals of a military operation.

Actually, this is the first reason why Ukraine is doing its best to sabotage the opening of humanitarian corridors.

The Armed Forces of Ukraine and the military battalions are simply hiding behind civilians, placing multiple launch rocket systems in residential courtyards, and armored personnel carriers near schools and kindergartens.

All over the world this is called “hostage-taking”, and it is hard to imagine how much the European and American media would ostracize Ukraine for this if they were not completely on the side of Kyiv.

And so they don't notice.

I note that the same Serbs never thought of covering their military installations with the help of civilians in 1999.

Firstly, because it is vile, and secondly, they perfectly understood that this would not stop the Americans.

The mentality is different.

But the desire to cover the fighters with civilians is not the only reason for the problems with humanitarian corridors.

Still, in spite of everything, I believe that there are reasonable and responsible people in the leadership of Ukraine and the Armed Forces of Ukraine who understand the inadmissibility of using such methods.

It’s just that they can’t influence what is happening in any way.

The same terbats and some units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine simply do not obey orders from Kyiv.

So it was in the Donbass, when the punitive battalions did not observe the truce, which was negotiated with the Kiev leadership, and exactly the same thing is happening now in Mariupol and other cities.

Centuries go by, but the traditions of Gulyai-Pole and the Cossack freemen do not disappear anywhere.

And women, children and the elderly suffer from them at all times.

The Russian Ministry of Defense regularly announces silence regimes for the exit of civilians from cities.

The fact that this is not happening is the fault of those who have been holding Donbass and all of Ukraine hostage for eight years now.

Since it is pointless to appeal to Kiev, there is little hope that international structures, such as the Red Cross or the Office of the UN Commissioner for Human Rights, will try to influence what is happening.

But the hope is very weak, I will say right away.

So, again, our army will have to do everything.

And deal with the Nazis, and save peaceful Ukrainians.

The military operation is turning into a humanitarian one, and our volunteers are already raising funds to help the residents of the liberated cities, just as they have helped the residents of the people's republics all the past years.

Russia saves.
