Two people were arrested, including a 33-year-old office worker in Yokosuka City, Kanagawa Prefecture, and Daiki Koto.

According to the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department, in February of last year, on the street at the west exit of JR Ikebukuro Station, he called out to a group of three men under the guise of a bargain at a dispatch-type sex shop, told a lie to introduce a woman, and said, "I will return it later." There is a suspicion of fraud, saying that he has deceived about 480,000 yen in cash in the name of a deposit.

The three men were waiting at the hotel after paying the cash, but they noticed the damage because the woman did not appear and reported it to the police box.

Koto is believed to be the main criminal of a fraudulent group called the "PS Group", which pretends to be a bargainer, and is suspected of having about 20 members speak to him based at the west exit of Ikebukuro Station.

The Metropolitan Police Department is investigating that the amount of damage will amount to more than 60 million yen for the year to March last year.

It means that he has denied the charges against the investigation.
