In 2002, Wang Yong from Bayan County, Heilongjiang Province was drafted into the army in his hometown and served in a certain regiment of the former Shenyang Military Region Engineers where Lei Feng was alive.

According to Cai Changhuan, the marketing manager, in the past few years, Wang Yong and the operators around him have contributed more than 8,000 dishes of love, with a total price of more than 700,000 yuan, which warmed more than 3,000 residents in the surrounding communities.

In 2020, several caring companies took the initiative to contact Wang Yong.
