At 11:59 p.m. this Wednesday, it will be too late.
There are therefore only a few hours left for latecomers to register online on the electoral lists to vote in the next presidential election.
Persons wishing to register must meet three conditions: possess French nationality, be of legal age (18 years old) no later than the day before the election or, in the event of a second round, the day before the second round, and enjoy their civil and policies.
It should be noted that young people who reach the age of majority are automatically registered the day after their 18th birthday, on the list of the municipality in which they were registered.
Registration possible at the town hall
The online process must be done on the official website of the French administration until this evening.
To do this, simply scan an identity document and proof of address.
Citizens who prefer to go to town hall to register have until March 4 to do so.
They must present an identity document, proof of address and Cerfa n°12669*02.
For the legislative elections on June 12 and 19, registration on the electoral lists is possible online until May 4, and in town hall until May 6.
