Jean-Pierre Pernaut, former star presenter of TF1 news, died at the age of 71 from cancer, his family announced to AFP.

At the end of November in a video on Twitter, Jean-Pierre Pernaut revealed that he was suffering from lung cancer.

A few days later, the emblematic journalist of the TF1 group disappeared from the antenna of the LCI channel.
