Morning exercises: a very easy routine of only six minutes to charge you with energy
Practicing some
sport

basis is essential to maintain our

, both physical and mental.
According to the World Health Organization (WHO), an adult needs a minimum of 150 minutes a week of moderate
exercise
, and the ideal figure is double that, 300 minutes a week.
A goal that can be
easy
to achieve without having to spend hours in a gym, it is enough to achieve a daily routine, short and
simple
, but constant, that we perform daily or, at least, three days a week.
To help us with this task,

and well-being, has created a quick and easy exercise routine that we can do practically anywhere and at any time.
In 6/7 minutes you can have a complete
routine
.
Quick and easy leg exercises
Before starting, it is only necessary to warm up for a few minutes.
Then the first leg
exercise begins
, which can be done with deep squats.
The other two exercises, just as fast, are already on the floor, to also activate the knees, and the routine ends with
relaxation
movements and stretching.
These simple exercises can be repeated three times, with a
30-45 second break between each
exercise .
Also, this routine can be made to
