Calvin Harris has decided to part with the huge house he owns in Beverly Hills, in the United States.
The British artist hopes to earn 25 million dollars (22.4 million euros) from this property consisting of five separate structures for a total of 10 bedrooms and no less than 12 bathrooms, all erected on a plot of less than 1 ha.
After buying this white-wood-walled home in 2014 for $15 million, Calvin Harris went through extensive renovations, as Dirt reveals.
One of the two guest houses separated from the main building contains recording studios, while the other has been fitted out to accommodate a full-time security guard.
Cinema room and huge swimming pool
In addition, the property that Calvin Harris is trying to get rid of has a separate garage that can hold five vehicles, as well as a cinema room and a fully equipped gym.

Visibly tired of Los Angeles, Calvin Harris left to live in Ibiza, where he owns a huge 55 ha ranch.
However, if he changed his mind, he still owns land worth 13.8 million dollars (12.4 million euros) near the Bel Air district, in the world capital of cinema.
