On February 25, local time, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said in a video released: "I want to propose to the Russian President again. The whole territory of Ukraine is fighting. In order to prevent casualties, let us sit at the negotiating table."

  On the same day, Russian Presidential Press Secretary Peskov said that Russian President Vladimir Putin was going to send a delegation to Minsk to negotiate with the Ukrainian delegation.

According to him, the Russian delegation will include representatives of the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Kremlin, and Minsk has been chosen as the venue for the talks.

Peskov said that Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko has indicated that he will create all the necessary conditions for negotiations between Russia and Ukraine.
