University of Tsukuba President Yuhito goes on to high school "Preparing for security"

Following the enrollment of Yuhito, the eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. Akishino, to Tsukuba University High School, the president of Tsukuba University expressed his intention to consult with the Imperial Household Agency and others to proceed with preparations.

Yuhito, who attends Ochanomizu University Junior High School, will go on to Tsukuba University High School this April.

This is the first time for me to go on to a high school other than Gakushuin in the postwar imperial family.

He also explained that the system for admission to a school affiliated with Ochanomizu University, which was used by Mr. Yuhito, has been used by a few people every year since the system was established.
