Learn how to make your own car wash soap

Some spend money on buying laundry soap products, while they can make safe soap on their own through some of the cheaper materials than car wash soap products available in stores, as making them requires simple products, as follows:

• Bucket

• water

Dishwashing liquid detergent

• Borax (borax)

• cleaning detergent

Method:

1. Put 1 cup of liquid dish detergent in a bucket of warm water, (You should use alkali-free soap, because alkali will remove the paint from your car)

2. Add 12 tablespoons of laundry detergent, (if your car is very dirty, you may have to make more than one bucket of this mixture)

3. Put a little borax powder, to avoid streaks and soap residue on the surface of the car.

4. Use a sponge to clean the car with the car cleaning fluid you made.

5. Rinse the car thoroughly with water, be sure to remove the soap completely to avoid soap streaks.

You can also add a cup of liquid dishwashing detergent to the bucket of warm water with the addition of petroleum-based laundry detergent, as the advantage of using petroleum-based laundry detergent is that it is free of phosphates and chlorine, in order to prevent damage to the car’s paint layer, according to autos.

Notes:

• When choosing detergents, be sure to buy high-quality products that produce a lot of suds.

• If the soap contains alkali, it is best to wax the car after washing it.

• Avoid soaps that contain phosphates or chlorine, as phosphates can damage the car's transparent exterior.

• Most people prefer soap that is made to clean cars, but a mild, alkali-free household cleaner is a convenient, cheap, and safe option for car paint.
