On the night of the 23rd, an 80-year-old man who was in one of the cars died in a head-on collision between cars in Nishinari-ku, Osaka.

When a police officer rushed to the other car, no one was on board, and the police are investigating it as a hit-and-run case, assuming that the car was left unattended after the accident.

According to the police, at around 11:00 pm on the 23rd, a driver of a car passing by a head-on collision between passenger cars at Sembon Matsu Ohashi in Minamitsumori, Nishinari-ku, Osaka, reported it.

Two parents and children living in Nishinari Ward were in one of the passenger cars, and both were taken to the hospital, but their father, Mitsuru Saeki (80), who was in the back seat, died.

My 51-year-old son, who was driving, was also injured, but he was conscious and there was no difference in his life.

On the other hand, when the police officer rushed to the other passenger car, no one was in it.

Police are investigating this as a hit-and-run case, assuming that the passenger car ran out of the oncoming lane and caused an accident and the person who was driving left the car and left.

The site is a loop-shaped original part of a bridge called "Glasses Bridge" that spans the Kizu River with a sharp curve with one lane on each side.
