Loustic, an assistance dog, will finally be able to accompany Fanny, suffering from autistic disorders, in her high school in Lagny-sur-Marne (Seine-et-Marne).

A victory after two years of administrative battle, reports

La Marne

.

The high school student will thus be able to count on this Polish shepherd from the plains to assist and protect her.

Loustic will be the first assistance dog authorized in a high school in Seine-et-Marne.

He had already accompanied Fanny to college and has been helping the young girl on a daily basis for six years.

Whistleblower and guardian angel

Fanny's entourage is formal: she has been a different person since Loustic has stayed by her side in high school.

The dog is able to prevent its crises by means of growls, to calm it thanks to pressotherapy, or to compensate for its attention deficit when it has to cross the street, for example.

Whistleblower and guardian angel, Loustic could thus respond to 200 orders.

The abnegation of the family has made it possible today to simplify the procedures.

"You must be a beneficiary of the mobility inclusion card, that the need be recognized by the MDPH and have an approved dog", explained Armelle Rousselot, director of the MDPH77, to the weekly.
