On February 22, the largest deadweight tonnage electric cargo ship in the Yangtze River basin, "Ship Link No. 1", made its maiden voyage in Nanjing.
The ship was transformed from the original fuel oil cargo ship with a total load of 3,000 tons. Electric energy was used as the only energy source for the whole ship, achieving zero emission, low noise and no pollution.
