[Explanation] As an imported product from the West, wine now has a large-scale production area in China. As a latecomer, how should China make wine "stun the world"?

Recently, Hao Linhai, chairman of Ningxia Helan Mountain East Grape and Wine Federation, accepted an exclusive interview with China News Agency "Dongxiwen".

The time for wine to spread to China is not too long, the farthest (early) (time) I think should be in the period when the Silk Road was formed.

However, it is mainly brought about by the communication of people in modern times.

[Explanation] After wine spread to China, it brought the collision of Eastern and Western cultures. Its function is similar to that of Eastern tea, and it is a carrier for mutual learning, innovation and integration of Eastern and Western cultures.

(Western countries) learned through tea that it uses porcelain (cups), and he also learned about Chinese porcelain, which has paintings and so on.

He will accept the many civilizations of the East.

At the same time, he fed back his civilization to us through tea.

I like that wine, and I hope it will play such a role as well.

We didn't know much about it in the past, and we want to know about Western wines now.

At the same time, we also have wines with different terroir characteristics from China's own production areas, to exchange and collide. This is the exchange of civilization and culture. This is its most important, its most valuable place, and the most meaningful place for the wine industry.

[Explanation] Compared with liquor and beer, wine is still only active in small groups in China, which is due to the different content and characteristics carried by the eastern and western wine cultures.

So after this wine came, we not only appreciate it, but also feel strange, and at the same time want to use our own understanding of wine to influence it.

This is mainly reflected in the way of drinking and the understanding of wine tasting.

Including the wine we are talking about now, we should drink it relatively and taste it slowly.

But Chinese culture doesn't understand it this way. To drink wine, you must have an emotion in it. You have to drink well, get drunk, drink hard, and so on.

[Explanation] China has unique advantages in growing wine grapes.

In the industry, the latitude of 38 degrees north is known as the "golden latitude" for growing wine grapes. The weather and climate, precipitation, light intensity, and temperature difference between day and night along the line are suitable for growing high-quality wine grapes.

Therefore, it can be grown all over the world, and China can also grow it, but if you want to grow good wine grapes, it is a basic condition that nature has.

We should grasp this northwestern region of China, which is relatively suitable (easy) to form high-quality wine producing areas, to vigorously develop the wine industry.

[Explanation] Compared with France and other countries, the international influence of Chinese wine brands is still insufficient.

Achieving the goal of "stunning the world" for Chinese wine is not a simple matter of scale, quantity and price, but should insist on making wine with Chinese characteristics, reflecting the cultural background, cultural characteristics and cultural connotation of Chinese wine producing areas. Come out, reflecting the unique "terroir" of Chinese wine.

[Concurrent] Hao Linhai, Chairman of Ningxia Helan Mountain Grape and Wine Federation

To realize the "stunning world" of Chinese wine is to reflect the Chinese wine producing area.

For example, the foothills of Helan Mountain in Ningxia, such as the Ili Valley production area in Xinjiang, and so on.

The characteristics of the natural environment of that place should be reflected in the wine and fruit, including the quality of its winemaking.

It can reflect its humanistic characteristics through a carrier such as wine.

Only then can we call good wines, and only then can we call distinctive wines, and only then can we realize the "stunning world" of Chinese wines.
