The court fined a famous Kuwaiti journalist after "bullying" a well-known Egyptian actor!

The Kuwaiti judiciary signed a fine of 500 dinars on the media, Mai Al-Aidan, for insulting the Egyptian artist Ahmed Badir.

On Thursday, the Appellate Misdemeanors Court in Kuwait decided to fine the Kuwaiti media about $1,653 and to cancel the verdict of acquittal, in the case brought by the Egyptian artist, in which he accused her of insulting and slandering.

In turn, the artist Ahmed Badir commented through his account on "Facebook" on the decision, saying: "Thank you to the majestic Kuwaiti judiciary. The value of the fine is not important, the important thing is to maximize the value of justice." He also thanked the lawyers working on the case.

As Sarah Badir, the daughter of the able artist, wrote, "Praise be to God, I was completely confident in the justice and integrity of the Kuwaiti judiciary."

And she continued, "Thank you to the proud, just and impartial Kuwaiti judiciary, which supported and affirmed our desire to confront the phenomenon of bullying and not stand negatively in the face of the spread of this hateful phenomenon in society."

According to "Al Arabiya.net", the Kuwaiti judiciary had previously acquitted the Kuwaiti media, Mai Al-Aidan, of the accusation of bullying, insulting and slander against the Egyptian artist Ahmed Badir.

And the Kuwaiti media, Mai Al-Aidan, sparked widespread controversy last July, after she was accused of bullying the daughter of the artist Ahmed Badir, where she published, through her account on "Instagram", a picture of the Egyptian star with his daughter and commented on it at the time: "A picture of the daughter of the artist Ahmed Badir .. By God, his daughter was born, Mazza, the daughter of Al-Aqra’.

On the other hand, Ahmed Badir and his daughter expressed their great annoyance at describing him as "the baldness", as his daughter said: "Ok, I woke up today. I found all of Egypt with me about the post of Professor Mai Al-Aidan. I hear about you, of course, and I know that you are a quarrelsome person who loves." Bullying, especially bullying of artists, but I would like to explain to you how many things like this: First, I am the father of a great star of the Arab world and no one will allow you to speak about him half a word.. and I think that you saw this enough in the attack of the entire Arab world against you, which I myself was surprised by, and thanks to all The people who responded to our backbiting.
