He added that this profession was inherited by children from grandparents, pointing out that this craft is a heritage and rare, more than 150 years old, and he learned it from his father.

He explained that "the society's view was very beautiful, and the praise, praise and encouragement was clear from the customers, despite the presence of obstacles, but persistence, challenge and patience were the secret of my success in the profession."

And about the red bread he specialized in, he said, “It is the beloved bread in my heart. When I talk about it, it is as if I am talking about a science full of integrated nutritional benefits, because it contains dates, wheat, bran, nigella and cardamom.”

He also confirmed that he works in the old traditional way through palm trunks without using gas fuel.

Al-Rabie expressed his wishes that there would be special workshops, in which young people could be trained in this profession, pointing out that he trained Saudi men and women on bread and the way it works in the oven.
