[Explanation] Due to credulous belief in the false job advertisements on the same city website, recently, the Jiangsu guy was coerced by a criminal gang to smuggle to Cambodia, and the news that he was forced to draw blood by an online fraud company attracted people's attention.

Some netizens believe that the 58.com platform that posted the job advertisement is to blame.

On February 18, Zhu Wei, deputy director of the Communication Law Research Center of China University of Political Science and Law, was interviewed. He said that the platform should bear multiple responsibilities in this incident.

Basic legal responsibilities, which you must fulfill.

For example, whether the real-name account system is implemented, whether there is multiple authentication for this, whether there is graded and classified management, whether there is a complaint channel, whether it has entered into trust management, and so on.

In addition to this, there is also social responsibility. With so many users paying attention, you have to bear a higher part of the responsibility than legal responsibility.

In addition, there should also be a moral responsibility. After all, the victim sees relevant information on your platform, causing damage to their personal rights and interests.

As such an enterprise (facing) the public, a leading enterprise, it still has certain moral responsibilities to bear.

[Explanation] On the same day, 58.com responded to the media that it had urgently communicated with relevant departments. It has not yet been determined that the victim was the recruitment information viewed in 58.com, nor the recruitment information released by the corresponding company.

It is understood that 58.com has been repeatedly complained by consumers due to false platform information.

On the black cat complaint platform, there were as many as 234 complaints involving 58 cities within 30 days, with a total of 9,596 complaints.

[Explanation] Zhu Wei said that the platform should implement its responsibilities, not only to pursue efficiency and daily life of users, but also to pursue a security obligation and pay attention to user complaints.

Relevant management departments should also make concerted efforts online and offline to jointly take measures.

When a user complains, if there is really a problem, the account should be jointly punished, not only the account is in 58.com, but the punishment on this platform should be that the platform gradually reports fraud information and other illegal information to the network information management department, It is necessary to ban the entire platform online, including offline measures.

There should be linkage between online and offline, so as to avoid missing a million.

[Explanation] To avoid similar incidents from happening again, Zhu Wei suggested that the platform should further optimize technology and systems, and digitize and visualize user credit.

He also called for the introduction and implementation of relevant laws and regulations as soon as possible.

The Internet user account name information management regulations that the Cyberspace Administration of China is now soliciting opinions should be issued as soon as possible.

Because there is a special regulation in it, the information page of the account should display the territorial information of the IP address of the account. If the territorial information of the account is displayed directly, everyone may not believe such information.

So far we have not implemented (the regulation), so we call for the (regulation) to be introduced as soon as possible.
