According to the official WeChat news of the Jiangsu Health and Health Commission, from 0-24:00 on February 17, 4 new local confirmed cases were reported in Jiangsu (all reported by Suzhou City, and they were treated in isolation in designated hospitals). There were 12 local asymptomatic infections (10 cases were reported in Suzhou City and 2 cases were reported in Wuxi City, all of whom received isolation medical observation in designated hospitals).
At present, there are 49 confirmed cases (47 domestic and 2 imported from abroad) under isolation and treatment in designated hospitals, and 34 asymptomatic infections under medical observation (27 domestic and 7 imported from abroad).
Since January 22, 2020, a total of 1,679 confirmed cases of new coronary pneumonia have been reported in the province (including 175 imported from abroad).
