The Egyptian youth's killer is in the custody of the Kuwaiti police

The Kuwaiti Ministry of Interior announced the arrest of the perpetrator of the murder with a machete in Hawalli Governorate, after the body of the dead man, an Egyptian, was found in a dirt yard.

The ministry said that the criminal security arrested the suspects "within a few hours," and the ministry indicated that investigations indicated "a quarrel between a group of people."

While the ministry announced that the investigations are continuing, the Kuwaiti newspaper "Al-Anbaa" revealed some details, as it quoted a security source that the accused in the case is a Kuwaiti, and that a quarrel brought him together with the victim and another, and as a result of which the crime took place.

The source indicated that the victim's escort provided information that expedited the arrest of the offender, who admitted that he had hit the victim and fled the scene, and the source stated that the accused was referred to the Public Prosecution office yesterday morning.
