PP A detective notified Díaz Ayuso that he was asked to spy on his family from a municipal company

According to our information, the confrontation between Génova and Puerta del Sol would have exceeded all the limits of organic discrepancy to openly engage in
criminal intent in order to harm an internal rival
.
Specifically, it would have reached the point that a Madrid City Council official commissioned a detective agency to
spy
on the family environment of Isabel Díaz
Ayuso
to prove the
possible charging of commissions in exchange for public contracts.
As EL MUNDO has learned through sources close to the detective agency, the investigation request would have been carried out on behalf of a
municipal position assigned to the Municipal Housing Company of Madrid
.
The assignment would have consisted of obtaining two documents: an extract from the personal bank account of Tomás Díaz Ayuso, brother of the Madrid president, but also the declaration of suppliers before the Tax Agency, known as model 347, of the Priviet company Sportive SL, to which the Community of Madrid granted in April 2020, in the midst of the first wave of the pandemic, a direct contract of 1.5 million euros for the purchase of FFP2 and FFP3 masks.
The commission would have been rejected immediately as it implied the illegal obtaining of private documents.
It should be remembered that both the model 347 declared before the Treasury and the bank documentation can only be legally required by court order.
Is
shady maneuver
, in any case, demands immediate explanations, if not something else.
If, as the Government of the Community of Madrid defends, all the adjudications were strictly legal,
who was interested in casting a shadow of suspicion on Ayuso by pointing to his family environment?
Does the consistory led by José Luis Martínez-Almeida have anything to do with the operation?
Was the mayor aware?
And above all, is Genoa behind a dirty handling of espionage that takes us back to the worst practices of
Kitchen
?
What seems clear at the moment is that a position of the EMV, therefore related to the PP, took on the task of spying on the family of the regional president with the aim of seizing useful information
for the purposes of possible blackmail
.
The center-right voter is stunned at these self-destructive dynamics in the main opposition party.
When a strong PP is most necessary against sanchismo, a party united around its most acclaimed models of success such as Madrid, Galicia or Andalusia, the more the suicidal division within the formation seems to intensify.
no one explains
the perpetual excuses to delay the Madrid congress, which Ayuso has every right to claim, if it is not for a way of thinking that betrays insecurity rather than counterproductive leadership and jealousy rather than fruitful collaboration.
The PP must urgently get out of the dangerous loop it has gotten into.
And that need directly challenges the national leadership.
