Recently, the Chinese and Spanish subtitles of "Celebrating the 50th Anniversary of the Establishment of Diplomatic Relations between China and Mexico" were lit up on the exterior wall of the building on the north bank of the Jialing River in Chongqing. The 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Mexico will be celebrated in conjunction with the scrolling play of patterns with traditional elements of the Mexican nation, and I wish the friendship between the two countries will be deeper and the cooperation will be fruitful.
It is understood that the "Sister City Lighting Ceremony" celebration was jointly organized by the Chinese People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries and the Mexican Embassy in China. More than ten pairs of sister cities (provinces and states) with active exchanges between China and Mexico participated in the celebration. Lasts 1 hour.
Wang Wen, director of the Foreign Affairs Office of the Chongqing Municipal People's Government, said that in recent years, exchanges and cooperation with Mexico in the fields of economy and trade, manufacturing, culture and education have been continuously strengthened.
It is hoped that after the new crown pneumonia epidemic, more Chongqing citizens will go to Mexico to experience the local customs and taste the authentic tequila.
I also hope that more Mexican friends will come to Chongqing to try Chongqing hot pot and experience the charm of this city.
