Some of hip hop's biggest was on stage in the halftime show at the Super Bowl.

50 Cent, Kendrick Lamar, Mary J. Blige and Snoop Dogg were guests when Dr. Dre offered entertainment.

During the half-time break, white scenery was drawn onto the pitch, which created the image of a stripped-down street, complete with parked cars in front.

This is the first time that hip hop is the main number in the context, and some of the biggest names offered a glittery and well-choreographed number.

Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg

Dr. Dre was hoisted up sitting in front of a huge mixer table backdrop, and started the performance with "The next episode" together with Snoop Dogg.

This week, allegations have been raised that Snoop Doog sexually abused one of his former dancers.

A spokesman for Snoop Dogg has said in a statement to the Los Angeles Times that the allegations are baseless and an attempt at blackmail.

50 Cent then made a surprise appearance, hanging from one of the ceilings, before he pulled himself down and was surrounded by a group of dancers to his "In da club".

After Mary J Blige aired her vocal cords with "Family affair" and "No more drama", the show was moved to ground level for Kendrick Lamar's guest performance, before it was time for Eminem to take over with his hit "Lose yourself".

Eminem's knee protest big snack

That Eminem fell to his knees during the number led to social media buzz.

It is interpreted as a support for former San Francisco quarterback Colin Kaepernick, who in 2016 protested against police brutality and racism by kneeling during the national anthem.

Unlike Kaepernick, Eminem's kneeling was done with the NFL's fond memory, and league spokesman Brian McCarthy tells The New York Times that no player has been punished for the gesture since 2016.

- Eminen should have told the NFL that he wanted to make this gesture but they should have said no.

Now he did it anyway, and he is praised for this increase by many.

That he stands up for police brutality in the USA, says Helle Schunnesson, editor at Elle who commented on the midnight in the Super Bowl in the Morning Studio.
