The person arrested was Ishipower (44), a former director of Agile Media Network, an IT-related company listed on the TSE Mothers in Minato-ku, Tokyo.



According to the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department, there is a suspicion of embezzlement in business, saying that the company has taken 55 million yen in total for about two years until April last year.



At that time, former officer Ishido was in the position of supervising the accounting and finance department, and received about 1 to 10 million yen in cash each time in the name of fictitious business trip expenses and entertainment expenses, and deposited it in the account managed by himself. He resigned from the board last June after an investigation by a third-party committee set up by the company revealed fraud.



The Metropolitan Police Department is investigating that the total amount of damage is suspected to be about 260 million yen, as the money that was dressed was used for working capital of the flower shop that it manages.
