Social media circulated a video clip showing a child climbing with a piece of "sheet" while his mother and other family members were lifting him from the ninth floor to the tenth floor in order to retrieve her own robe that fell from her balcony on the lower floor, with a breathtaking scary scene.
According to "India Today" newspaper, the accident occurred in Sector 82 of the Faridabad district of India, and the video was filmed by a resident of the opposite building.
According to what the newspaper quoted a neighbor, the woman did not ask for help or advice from anyone on how to recover her robe from the closed house, and decided on the other hand to endanger her son's life, as she lowered him from the tenth floor to the ninth by holding a piece of cloth.
The neighbor added: "This happened on February 6 or 7. The woman decided to put her son in danger for the sake of her dress. She should have contacted the association's maintenance instead of doing something very dangerous."
Speaking to India TV, the woman said she regrets her decision.
