Emmy Rossum is selling her Beverly Hills home

Emmy Rossum has decided to part ways with the property she owns in Beverly Hills.

It's a pretty little one-storey house with four bedrooms spread over 330 square meters that the

star bought in 2006 for an unknown sum.

The actress is asking for $5 million today, as

reveals .

Located in a cul-de-sac close to the enclave of Beverly Park, this discreet building will not fail to seduce potential buyers thanks to its peaceful garden and its swimming pool with terrace.

And if the construction dates from the 1960s, Emmy Rossum has since invested in some technological improvements since her home is protected by a state-of-the-art security system and equipped with a Tesla charging station.

A new life in New York

You have to believe that Emmy Rossum no longer really had the use of this house.

Indeed, a few months after her 2017 marriage to

creator Sam Esmail, the actress set her sights on a New York apartment for which the couple paid no less than $9.2 million.

They have since welcomed a baby girl as they revealed last May in an Instagram post.
