Ragheb Alama: Egypt before Sisi was worse than Lebanon today

The Lebanese singer, Ragheb Alama, was a guest on the "Ink Serri" program, in which he talked about secrets from his personal and professional life.

Ragheb Alama said that before President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi took power, Egypt was worse than Lebanon currently.

During his meeting on the program, Alama confirmed that President Sisi crossed Egypt to safety, adding: "Who can imagine that President Sisi, with his vision, did all this in Egypt in just 5 years? What he did in 5 years, he works in 40 years, may God preserve him for us."

Ragheb Alama commented, on the reason for his refusal to any ministerial position in the event of being offered to him by the Lebanese government, saying: “If I was offered a ministerial position, I would refuse, and why should I remain a minister because I would be humiliated and people would not hang me or turn into a thief, and the ministers in Lebanon are accused of theft as soon as they enter a corrupt regime ".

Ragheb revealed during his meeting on the program that he was subjected to injustice in 1982, when he was 20 years old, and sang in Paris, saying: "I was staying in a hotel in Paris as it was, and the money I took was enough to sing and sleep only."
