Forecaster Makarova promised warm weather in the European part of Russia until February 20

“Most of all, the excess (of temperature) over the norm is (expected) in the center of the European part of Russia and in the north-west,” TASS quoted Makarova as saying.

According to her, this situation will last until February 20.

Earlier, the head of the Meteo prognostic center, Alexander Shuvalov, spoke about the weather in Moscow this coming weekend.
