At 21:50 on February 10, He Chunhui, the instructor of the Chayu County Forest Fire Squadron, led 4 team members, 1 pickup truck, 5 sets of cold-proof clothing, 1 stretcher and other equipment, as well as some food and hot water to the rescue. At the same time, he coordinated with Chayu County. An emergency rescue vehicle was provided to accompany it and notified the Zayu County People's Hospital to prepare for treatment.

  At 00:30 on February 11, rescuers arrived at the scene. The trapped people could not go down the mountain due to the avalanche. The rescuers went to the accident site on foot to rescue them. The personnel took the Chayu Squadron and local rescue vehicles and started to go to the Zayu County People's Hospital for further examination. They arrived at the hospital at 2:50. After being checked and safe, they rested in the Zayu Squadron.
