Snoop Dogg has been charged with sexual assault.

In her complaint, relayed by Pitchfork, the complainant, who wishes to preserve her anonymity but is described as an actress, model and dancer, says that at the time, in 2013, she was accompanied home by Bishop Don "Magic" Juan, a relative of Snoop Dogg, who would have taken advantage of the fact that she fell asleep in his car to take her home.

There, she was the victim of a first sexual assault when Magic Juan, in his words, “forced her to take his penis in her mouth”.

The next day, he took her to the studio where Snoop Dogg worked to help her get a role in a TV series.

And as she went to the bathroom, the rapper followed her, forced to perform oral sex on her, before "masturbating and ejaculating on her chest and neck," the complaint describes.

Not enthusiastic

The alleged victim, who specifies that she did not obtain the coveted role "because she refused to perform enthusiastic and voluntary fellatio", filed a complaint against Snoop Dogg.

In an Instagram post, which he has since deleted, the rapper gave his take on the complaint: "Diamond digger season is on...Be careful...Be on your guard...And...Keep your circle small," he had posted.

He also told TMZ that the complaint was "a web of lies."

Snoop Dogg releases his new album this Friday, and is scheduled to perform on the Super Bowl stage this Sunday, alongside Eminem, Dr. Dre, Kendrick Lamar and Mary J. Blige.
