China News Service, Yantai, February 10th: Guarding the 1,038-kilometer coastline: Yantai "post-97" coastal police group scan

Chinanews.com reporter Yang Bing Wang Jiaoni

On the 1,038-kilometer coastline of Yantai City, Shandong Province, there are a group of young coastal policemen born in 1997.

Twenty weak crowns are young, they go up the mountain and go to the sea, and their footprints are all over 230 large and small islands, guarding the blue coast of the motherland with fortitude and determination.

During the Spring Festival, reporters from Chinanews.com conducted interviews on the coastline of Yantai for several days and witnessed the stories of a young coastal policeman.

The "construction" of the twin policemen

Classmates for 13 years, colleagues for 6 years, and brothers for 25 years. They were born on the same day in the same month and in the same year. They went to school at the same time, enlisted in the army at the same time, and worked at the same time. They have experienced countless synchronizations in their lives.

They are twin policemen on the Yantai coastline, the elder brother Mu Jiangong and the younger brother Mu Jianye.

In 2016, the brothers were drafted into the army during college, and later both were admitted to civil servants and joined the police.

The two brothers have a natural tacit understanding. Joining the army is also assigned to the same class, and the beds are also next to each other.

When they first started training, the pace of the two brothers could not always match with others, but they were surprisingly consistent.

"This should be the innate telepathy of twins." Mu Jianye said with a smile.

During the Spring Festival, the brothers could not go home, and they exchanged Spring Festival blessings through video.

Mu Jiangong is now in charge of case handling at the Gangluan Coastal Police Station. The police station handles more than 3,000 police cases every year. He is very fulfilled by his busy work every day.

The younger brother, Mu Jianye, was seconded to the Yantai City Detention Center in 2019. The third month he just arrived at the detention center was at the beginning of the epidemic, and the longest working time in the detention center was 63 days.

During the Spring Festival this year, both brothers were on duty at their respective posts.

Parents are very supportive of their current work. "My parents told us that we must exercise well in the unit, improve our quality, and contribute to the police cause." Mu Jianye said.

The female "tiger police officer" who doesn't like red makeup and loves police uniforms

Lin Junyu was born in 1998. This year is her sixth year of working and her birth year.

The Yinhai Coastal Police Station ranks among the top five in terms of business volume among the Yantai Coastline Police Stations. Lin Junyu has just been transferred from the field post to the back office of the police station on the eve of the Spring Festival.

As the "brain center" of the police station, the police work "does not close" during the Spring Festival. Lin Junyu is responsible for the transmission of instructions, task deployment, and information collection of the entire station, and deals with specific matters such as data and reports every day.

The multi-talented Lin Junyu is good at dancing, guzheng, singing and reciting, which has also cultivated her sassy personality.

Colleagues all say that there is no job that "Hu Niu" can't do.

"I can control both the outside and the inside now." Lin Junyu confidently told reporters about her police experience. She often asked Ying to take part in cases involving female criminal suspects, and once during a body search of drug addicts , The female suspect had a needle hidden on her body, but fortunately she found it in time.

There is a small card on Lin Junyu's desk with a life-saving story behind the card.

Previously, the station received a report from the public that someone had committed suicide by jumping into the sea. Lin Junyu, a field policeman at the time, quickly dispatched the police with the policeman on duty, and found that a girl of the same age had taken a large amount of sleeping drugs and was in a trance.

After gastric lavage in the hospital, the girl started to cry when she became conscious, and her mood was very unstable. Lin Junyu kept chatting with her to help ease her emotions and accompany her all day and night.

Lin Junyu showed the reporter the card given to her by the little girl she rescued.

After the incident, Lin Junyu and the girl became friends and often chatted through WeChat.

Slowly, the girl opened her heart and gave Lin Junyu a pink bouquet. The bouquet was accompanied by a small card with the words Confidant Sister.

During the Spring Festival this year, Lin Junyu visited the area under his jurisdiction.

"Actually, I miss my parents very much. I joined the army at the age of 18, and later became a civil servant and joined the police. I go home no more than ten days a year. I often cry secretly, but when I see myself in the police uniform in the mirror, I feel There is such a responsibility that needs to be borne by oneself." Lin Junyu said.

Celebrating the 23rd birthday at the Spring Festival work

For Du Fangwei, a "post-99" coastal new police officer, this Spring Festival is of great significance, because his birthday and the Spring Festival collided with each other.

This is his 30th day at the police station, and it is also the first time he spends the Spring Festival and birthday while on duty at the police station.

"My family's cash and gold and silver jewelry have been stolen, please come quickly!" On the second day of the new year, when the office received a police report, Du Fangwei and his colleagues rushed to the scene to conduct surveys, visits, video retrieval, and transcript production. Waiting for work, trying to find clues.

During the period, the victim was always emotional and kept saying "please help me find it quickly, these things are very important to me".

In the process of appeasing the victim, Du Fangwei deeply felt the urgency of the victim and the expectation of the public security organ, and also deeply realized the heavy responsibility of her body.

"Before and after the Spring Festival, both the police and the auxiliary police take what they call their home, so I have a new understanding of 'home'. In order to protect the lights of thousands of families, we temporarily abandon the reunion of the 'small family' and protect the reunion of 'everyone'. This navy blue body is what it should be." New police officer Fang Wei said.
