Previously, wars were just - liberation and unjust - predatory.

But this is yesterday.

Now wars are virtual and real.

For example, there is a completely fictional “Russian attack on Ukraine”, the absurdity of which is becoming more and more obvious.

Even EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell was forced to admit that Russia has neither the desire nor the desire to take over Ukraine.

And there is an absolutely real occupation of a part of an independent state by American troops - in this case I am talking about Syria, although this is not the only example.

But in Syria, this is especially evident.

Let me remind you that the beginning of events in Syria was not much different from what is happening now in Canada.

The usual civil protest, which, with the active financial and organizational support of the West, very quickly grew into a real war.

By the way, I wonder what level of noise and din would rise if the Russian ambassador to Canada suddenly decided to treat truckers protesting in Ottawa with cookies.

And when in Kiev the Americans did not get out of the Maidan in 2013, it was normal, that’s how it should be.

It's amazing how short the memory of so-called public opinion is!

But instead of reminding the whole world that the Russians never wanted and never want wars, it would be worth regularly refreshing the memory of the fact that the United States, and only the United States, is the root cause of most of the humanitarian catastrophes of the modern world.

Without the support of the Afghan Mujahideen in the 80s, there would have been no Osama bin Laden and the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001.

Americans should know it like two and two!

They created their own worst enemy - and there is no one else to blame!

Without the invasion of Iraq and the support of the Syrian anti-government forces, there would be no ISIS*.

It should be absolutely clear to every American that it is the government of their country that is responsible for the severed heads, bombed schools, and other atrocities of ISIS.

Until the United States intervened in the situation in the Middle East, there were no such bloody terrorists there.

And when Biden proudly reports on the assassination of another ISIS leader, it should be understood that Abu Ibrahim al-Hashemi al-Kurashi would still live in peace in Iraq if American troops had not destroyed the statehood of this country.

The SVR information about the US plans to destabilize the situation in Syria is not stupid stories about 100,000 Russian soldiers who have been waiting for an order to cross the Ukrainian border for a month.

Russian foreign intelligence does not throw words into the wind, unlike the CIA with its never found "Saddam Hussein's chemical weapons."

It is obvious that Joe Biden, in full accordance with the saying about the old horse that does not spoil the furrow, does not intend to invent something new in his political activities.

For decades, American presidents have been inventing war somewhere far from their own borders to boost their declining approval ratings.

Clinton had Yugoslavia, Bush had Iraq and Afghanistan, Obama had Afghanistan and Iraq, and even Donald Trump, who did not unleash a single war, miraculously avoided a conflict with Iran after the assassination of Qasem Soleimani in Baghdad.

Biden brought down his ratings with the shameful flight of the Americans and their accomplices from Kabul, and now he needs at least some foreign policy success.

And again, being a very experienced politician, he does not put all his eggs in one basket.

Ukraine, Syria, Kosovo, Taiwan - American diplomats, who, of course, should have been deprived of this proud title long ago and called emissaries, are looking forward to where something will happen that can be presented as a great foreign policy victory for Joe Biden and the entire US Democratic Party .

And this is by far the biggest threat to the world today.

If the Soviet-American confrontation was both political, and ideological, and economic, and the parties perfectly understood the responsibility and importance of any of their actions, now everything has come down to propaganda only.

The lives of ordinary Ukrainians, Syrians, and by and large, residents of any country in the world where Washington can see an opportunity for propaganda success, are made dependent on the course of the US election campaign.

And the elections are still far away - voting in the elections to the House of Representatives and the renewal of a third of the seats in the Senate will take place only on November 8 this year.

In this case, Russia can only respond with icy calm and a clear drawing of red lines.

We have already indicated that we will not leave Syria.

We do not succumb to provocations in Ukraine.

We support China in its one country policy.

Calmness, only calmness, as one famous cartoon character used to say.

Unfortunately, international politics has degraded to such a level that a strategy from a children's cartoon is becoming quite vital and relevant.

And we are by no means to blame for this.
