Near midnight on February 6, the Sanya Traffic Police Mobile Brigade and Lingshui Traffic Police carried out law enforcement inspections in a section of Lizhigou.
A three-wheeled motorcycle on the side of the Henan A5***H plate slowly approached the checkpoint, and the traffic police road controller stopped it according to law.
After investigation, the driver of the vehicle, Li Moubo (male, 25 years old), had his driver's license cancelled, he was driving a motor vehicle without a license, and he did not wear a safety helmet as required.
During further inspections, traffic police road controllers found that the driver had been sentenced to probation for dangerous driving.
At the same time, the police handling the case also discovered that the driver had posted videos of riding motorcycles for many times, with more than 1.3 million followers and more than 20.3 million likes.

Li Moubo violated Articles 19 and 51 of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China for driving a motor vehicle without a driver's license or wearing a safety helmet as required. According to Article 90 of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China , 99, the relevant provisions of Article 64 of "Hainan Province Implementing the "Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China", Sanya City Public Security Bureau Traffic Police Detachment imposed a combined fine of 1,550 yuan and 15 days of administrative detention.
It is reported that the Sanya traffic police have recently continued to carry out special rectification actions for tricycle traffic violations in the city, focusing on rectifying key traffic violations such as tricycles driving on the road without a license plate and drivers driving without a license.
