In Okayama prefecture, it was announced that 1131 new people were confirmed to be infected with the new coronavirus.
A total of 35,643 people have been confirmed to be infected in Okayama Prefecture.
Kurashiki City also announced that one patient had died.
This brings the death toll in the prefecture to 150.
