In a civil trial in which the wife of a male employee of the Kinki Local Finance Bureau said, "I want to know the truth about her husband's death," she committed suicide after being involved in the falsification of the approval document of the Ministry of Finance. In order to clarify the contents, he showed a policy to ask the former director of the Finance Bureau, Sagawa, to interrogate.

Masako, the wife of Kinki Local Finance Bureau employee Toshio Akagi (54 years old at the time), who committed suicide after being involved in the falsification of the approval document regarding Moritomo Gakuen, filed a lawsuit seeking compensation from the government and former director of the Finance Bureau, Sagawa.

In December of last year, the government took a procedure called "acknowledgment" to fully accept the claim, so Masako asked for "I want to know the truth about her husband's death." Finished without being done.

A trial with Mr. Sagawa, who is still in trial, was held at the Osaka District Court on the 9th, and Masako's side has tripled the amount billed so that Mr. Sagawa will not end the trial with consent. The amount has been increased to 16.5 million yen.

He insisted that the falsification instructions were extremely malicious and that Mr. Sagawa's personal responsibility should be acknowledged, and stated that he would seek cross-examination of Mr. Sagawa himself in order to clarify the specific content of the instructions.

On the other hand, Mr. Sagawa reiterated the conventional allegation, "There is a case law that the government will be liable for damages and individual civil servants will not be liable for damages caused by acts during their duties." I asked him to dismiss the complaint.
