Gunma Prefecture announced on the 31st that it was confirmed that 711 new people were infected with the new coronavirus in the prefecture.
In Gunma prefecture, 29,860 people have been confirmed infected, of which 190 have died.
On the other hand, the prefecture announced that it had withdrawn the 11 people announced on January 28th, 29th, and 30th because of duplication.
