Both 'Kingmaker' and 'Pirates: Goblin Flag' cost a lot to produce, but they delayed their release due to Corona and dropped anchor right before the Lunar New Year holiday.

'Kingmaker' is the story of a presidential candidate and an election strategist at the center of the election campaign, and makes you think about the purpose and means of gaining power during the actual presidential election season.

Seol Kyung-gu takes on the role of a presidential candidate modeled on a DJ and shows heavy acting,

-gyun plays the role of an election strategist who does everything

he can to win in a set that exudes the atmosphere of the 60s and 70s.

'Pirates: The Goblin Flag', starring Ha-neul Kang and Hyo-joo Han, is a sequel to 'The Pirates', a blockbuster hit that mobilized 8.66 million people eight years ago.

It is a large-scale maritime action drama that seems to have cost a significant portion of the production cost of over 23 billion won, the highest level in a Korean movie, went to the production of a pirate ship set and CG.

[Han Hyo-joo/'Pirates: Goblin Flag' Starring: The ship is really big, and it's magnificent in reality.

I act on a green mat that wraps around that ship, imagining that it's 'the sea.']

Currently, there are about 70 Korean films whose release dates cannot be set due to the corona virus .

Industry interest is high.

This is because large Korean films such as 'Emergency Declaration', which declared an emergency that they were hastily delayed due to release this month, are a touchstone to reference in setting the release date.

The Korean film industry is losing its power to create new works due to the corona virus accumulating inventories.

The audience's evaluation of the workmanship and popularity of the two films, as well as the Corona situation, can be a benchmark for predicting the mid- to long-term future of the Korean film industry.
