According to live monitoring, from 08:00 yesterday to 06:00 today, small to medium scales appeared in parts of eastern Gansu, southern Ningxia, central and southern Shaanxi, southern Shanxi, western and southeastern Henan, central and western Hubei, northwestern Yunnan, and eastern Tibet. Snow or sleet, rain to snow, Pingliang and Longnan in Gansu, Xi'an, Xianyang and Baoji in Shaanxi, Yichang in Hubei and other local heavy snow (5-10 mm); 5 cm; in addition, heavy rain occurred in parts of western Zhejiang, northern Jiangxi, central Hunan, and southern Guizhou; freezing rain occurred in Guiyang and Tongren in Guizhou, and Hengyang in Hunan.

There were light to moderate rains in parts of northern Jiangnan, eastern and southern Southwest China, and western South China. Among them, there were heavy rains in parts of southern Taiwan Island and other places.

There was freezing rain in parts of Guizhou, central and western Hunan and other places.

It is expected that there will be light to moderate snow in parts of western Inner Mongolia, eastern Heilongjiang, northern Tibet, southern Jiangsu, southern Anhui, northern Zhejiang and other places. Among them, there will be heavy snow in parts of southern Anhui, southern Jiangsu, northern Jiangxi, and northern Zhejiang.

There will be light to moderate rains in parts of the central, eastern and southwestern Jiangnan, southeastern Southwest China, and southern China.

　　1月30日，雨雪将会迅速减弱，但31日起雨雪又起，中央气象台预计，2月1-3日，南方地区又将有一次雨雪天气过程，青藏高原东部、江南西部和北部及贵州、重庆东部、云南西北部和东北部有小到中雪或雨夹雪，江南东南部和华南大部有小到中雨、局部大雨。

　南方湿冷感将持续至春节 华南明起现降温

　　南方在大范围的雨雪天气中，气温将受到压制，保持低迷状态，湿冷程度逐渐加重。长江中下游多地的最高气温将由5℃上下，跌至0℃出头。像武汉未来三天最高气温只有1-3℃，南京、杭州今明天最高气温也只有2℃，远低于常年同期，这种湿冷感将一直贯穿到春节期间。

　　福建、广东、广西等地明天开始气温也会明显下降，尤其广西南部气温可能较目前骤降近10℃，像南宁今天最高气温16℃，明天将只有10℃，之后气温短暂回升，春节期间在大范围降水影响下，气温再次下滑，湿冷感将持续。

　　在北方，降水相对稀少，阳光在线，东北、华北大部地区气温小幅偏高，不过除夕到初一，气温也将陆续下降。由于预报时效较远，公众需留意最新预报，注意气温变化。
