Coincidence signs a British old man who has been driving for 70 years without a license or insurance

British press reports said that a man has been driving without a driver's license or insurance for 70 years, without being discovered by the traffic police.

And "Sky News" quoted the newspaper "The Guardian", that the Nottingham police discovered this driver, recently, during a routine operation, in the parking lots of a "supermarket", last Wednesday.

The source stated that this driver was born in 1938, and told the police that he had never obtained a driver's license or insurance, and had been driving since he was twelve years old, and had never been arrested by the police.

One of the oddities of this driver is that he never caused any traffic accident, nor did he cause any harm to others, during the long decades in which he was driving the car.

Under the law in Britain, driving a car without a driver's license carries a penalty of between 3 and 6 points, depending on the degree of the offense committed.

An unspecified fine can also be issued if the vehicle is not insured.

The police could impound the uninsured car, while the action taken against the elderly man was not announced.
