A man with a weapon similar to a shotgun took a doctor in his 40s hostage and confronted police in a residential home all night.
On the morning of January 28, the police entered the house and subdued the man involved, but the hostage was currently in a state of cardiopulmonary arrest. The police charged the hostage-taker with attempted murder.
