【解说】1月26日下午，《现代汉语词典》(汉藏词汇对照版)(以下简称：词典)出版发行座谈会举行。会议由青海省副省长杨逢春主持。商务印书馆、中国社科院语言研究所专家，各市州政府主管领导、民宗委和民语办负责人，省内高校等专家学者参加会议，部分代表作交流发言。同时还举行了揭幕仪式并向各州代表赠送《词典》。
【解说】据悉，《词典》编译工作自2013年6月启动，以第七版《现代汉语词典》为蓝本，收录翻译70132条汉文词条。该《词典》的发行，将有助于涉藏地区少数民族群众提高学习能力、畅通信息渠道、扩展交际范围、增强劳动技能和就业能力，揭开了我国双语词典编纂的新篇章。

历时9年翻译编撰出版的《现代汉语词典》，终于问世了，这个可以说是一件利于当代，泽被后世的一件伟业。这个《词典》的出版有利于我们千千万万的莘莘学子进行学习，有利于我们学好国家通用语言文字，也有利于我们保障少数民族学习本民族语言文字的权利。
【解说】《词典》编译组首席专家桑杰介绍，《词典》编译团队由来自高等院校、教育教材机构、民族语文和政府翻译机构等15名翻译人员组成。启动翻译9年来，采取个人初审、个别交流、交叉修改、集中审议、复审修订、统稿终审等方式不厌其烦地反复修改。先后就疑难词汇、生物名词、科技名词、成语、典故、谚语、古文、文献书名等的翻译召开专题讨论会60余次，个别交流、个别咨询、小型研讨100余次。

[Explanation] It is understood that the "Dictionary" aims to implement the national language normative standards, popularize the national common language, and improve the application ability of the national language. The original "Modern Chinese Dictionary" is completely translated into Tibetan in the form of Chinese-Tibetan vocabulary comparison. The phonetic pronunciation is truth-seeking, the interpretation is accurate and complete, and the examples are abundant. It has the advantages of being new, complete and accurate.
[Explanation] Zheng Dui, director-general of the China Tibetology Research Center, said in his speech that the publication of the Dictionary has greatly alleviated the shortage of reference books for ethnic minority teachers and students in Tibet-related areas, and realized the use of Chinese and Tibetan in the modern context.
