The temperature in Seoul dropped to minus 5.9 degrees this morning (the 28th) while cold wave advisories were issued all over the inland centering on the Gangwon region. Paju recorded minus 12.4 degrees and Daegwallyeong Island recorded minus 14.2 degrees.
