Flight data shows that the last time the B-30FG aircraft performed a civil aviation flight mission was on January 23. After completing the Changchun-Qingdao flight mission at 23:34 that day, it landed at Qingdao Jiaodong International Airport for maintenance.

In the early morning of January 24, after the B-30FG aircraft completed the maintenance work at the designated seat, it was escorted and supervised by the crew and moved to another seat.

During the transfer of the plane, the flight attendant who had been in contact with the aircraft was found to have fallen to the ground suddenly by other personnel. The on-site staff immediately stopped the towing of the aircraft after they found it, but after the subsequent arrival of medical staff, it was determined that the flight attendant had unfortunately passed away.

On January 26, the B-30FG aircraft has been put back into the flight operation of Qingdao Airlines and flew a flight from Qingdao.
