Florent Pagny announced Tuesday evening in a video posted on his Instagram account to suffer from lung cancer.
"I have just been diagnosed with a tumor in the lungs, a cancerous tumor, not very sympathetic, which cannot be operated on," he explains.

The singer adds that he will not be able to complete his "60th anniversary tour".
"I have to cancel all of my concerts," he said.
