  The New Year of the Tiger is approaching. In Hengdong County, Hunan Province, a traditional cultural experience activity with the theme of "Welcome the Year of the Tiger, learn to cut tigers, pass on intangible cultural heritage, and worship the New Year" was held in an intangible cultural heritage paper-cutting museum in Huishui Town. Under the guidance of the teacher, the children created paper-cut works with "tiger" elements, and cut out all kinds of cute tigers to welcome the new year.

Paper-cut, also known as paper-cut, is a kind of hollow art. Hengdong paper-cut has a history of more than 500 years and has strong folk cultural characteristics and distinctive local characteristics.

Hengdong folk paper-cuts are rich in content, patterns and subject matter, and most of them are full of festive and peaceful atmosphere.
