On January 21, Ms. Lin, the owner of a supermarket in Harbin, Heilongjiang, posted a video saying that a boy changed clothes and stole from her supermarket twice in one day.
Ms. Lin said that the boy stole the cartoon card, worth 30 to 40 yuan.
The boy only changed his shirt but not his pants and shoes, so she decided it was the same person.
Ms. Lin said that she did not call the police and posted the video in the hope that the boy's parents could see it and educate the child seriously.
