A famous Egyptian musician: My children do not ask about me..and the moral police have to stop festival singers

The great Egyptian musician Hani Shenouda revealed the crisis of his relationship with his children, noting that they do not ask about him or call him, in some cases, such as a problem or a crisis only.

Hani Shenouda said about his children during his visit as a guest on the "One of the People" program, with the media Amr Al-Leithi: I have Nader and Dina, Nader has two daughters and Dina is a plastic artist, neither my son asks Ali nor my daughter.

Hani Shenouda added: When they do not call me, they are reassured that every need is good, but if they call me, I know that there is a problem like Baba, give money, the truth is, we got this, but thank God, they did not talk to me, everything remains good.

Shenouda called for the need to confront festival songs, expressing his strong dissatisfaction with the words used in these types of songs.

Hani Shenouda told "Cairo 24": We have a need called the Arts Police, why don't you arrest those who exceed festival performers, in addition to the artistic works police, and there is no so-called polite or non-performing music, and a country like Egypt is known for its religiosity, respect and fine art. .

And speaking of rap music that has spread recently and enjoys great follow-up by the public, Hani Shenouda said: Rap is not music, but poems uttered on African music.
