  春节临近,全国各地的中学生陆续迎来寒假。这是“双减”政策落地后的首个寒假,备受关注,我作为中学生家长更是满怀期待。不过,我所在的家长群最近多了一些这样的话题:“‘双减’后的第一次期末考试才知道谁在‘裸泳’”“‘双减’下第一次期末考试后,你还有勇气做‘佛系爸妈’吗”“‘双减’后的第一个寒假真的能‘躺平’吗”……

  于是,家长群里又有人开始“攒班”了,部分家长也收到了某些“老师”可以进行语数外物化生“一对多”或“一对一”辅导的信息……一种不淡定的氛围在家长群体中开始显现。

  我也有些困惑,课外培训把孩子假期“填满”的情景会不会重现?“双减”后的这个寒假,我的孩子能真的“闲”下来吗?

  其实,随着中央“双减”政策的落地,不少学生和家长有过几个月“校内作业少、校外不培训”的日子,但是,随着期末考试的结束,这一情况在我身边正发生着微妙的变化。

  不久前,我拿到了一份看似简单、却内涵丰富的表格。

  说它简单,因为表格只有两行八列,第一行是“项目”,其中第一格是“姓名”,后面分别是“芋头”“熟食”“樱桃”“蒸蛋”“梨子”“乌鸡”“地瓜”“生菜”等几种蔬菜的名称,最后两格分别是“八种菜价”和“前六种菜价”,第二行则对应着每一种蔬菜的“价格”,一目了然很好理解。

  说它不简单,在于外人很难真正领会这份表格的意义。最初看到这个表格,很多人容易把它理解为某人或某单位采买蔬菜的账单,但是仔细观察每种蔬菜下面的“价格”,又觉得非常离谱,比如,“芋头”下面的数字是94,“蒸蛋”下面的数字是76,“樱桃”下面的数字是88.27,“生菜”下面的数字是89,这些“价格”没有标注单位,很难对比,也与人们熟知的市场价格不相匹配。

  The central government's "double reduction" policy clearly states that in the compulsory education stage, it is necessary to "reduce the pressure of examinations and improve the examination methods, and there shall be no behaviors such as early completion of class preparations, illegal unified examinations, examination questions exceeding the standard, examination rankings, etc.; The tendency of scores.” The detailed rules and measures announced in various places also proposed to “reduce the number of exams”, “do not publish scores and rankings for exams”, and “reduce score comparisons”.

  However, when the final exam came, such a "fantasy" transcript appeared.

  This is not uncommon. When my child was "promoting to junior high school", I also encountered some "passwords", such as "pit classes" and "DZ" (point strokes) during the "school selection fever", and the chaos of off-campus training. "Chicken baby", "Cow baby" and so on.

The emergence of "code language" is often accompanied by the "involution" of children and the anxiety of parents.

  With the implementation of the "double reduction" policy, school choice and "chicken babies" suddenly lost their market, and these "code words" naturally disappeared.

But with exam season approaching, a similar situation resurfaced around me.

  The first final exam and the first winter vacation after the "double reduction" are not only a test of students' academic performance, but also a test of the school's "reducing burden and increasing efficiency", and also a test of parents and the whole society's educational concept .

  What is gratifying is that not long ago, the Ministry of Education issued a document that clearly required that during the winter vacation, all localities should strictly implement daily inspections, and strictly prevent offline subject training institutions in the compulsory education stage from illegally opening classes and training institutions for preschool children aged 3 to 6 years old. Issues such as illegally carrying out offline discipline (including foreign language) training, and non-discipline training institutions carrying out discipline training beyond the scope in the name of "quality development" and "thinking training".

At the same time, various "secret passages" must be blocked, invisible mutation behaviors must be strictly investigated, and disguised and illegal training in the name of "housekeeping service", "crowdfunding private education" and "research" should be severely cracked down.

  In fact, our parents know very well that "busy" and "free" are relative.

  The children before the "double reduction" were indeed very "busy". They walked out of the school gate every day and kept "rushing" between various training institutions. Parents were also running around, busy picking up their children.

  But behind this "busyness" is a kind of laziness.

  Especially during the holidays. In previous years, our parents arranged their children's extracurricular classes early. When the holidays came, they sent their children to the training classes. "Everything will be fine": the children are watched, their studies are managed, and there are fewer parents and children to meet. Conflicts are less.

  This approach narrows education to "learning knowledge" and simplifies the role of parents to "driver + nanny", which is obviously wrong.

Huge icebergs, often only a small part of the top of the mountain is exposed on the water.

A child's growth is like an iceberg, and the learning of knowledge is only the "tip of the iceberg" exposed on the water. The huge part under the water is the comprehensive quality of moral cultivation, physical quality, innovation ability, will quality and many other aspects. It is the decisive factor that supports children to go better and farther, but parents often only stare at the "tip of the iceberg" and try their best to overweight.

  This is also one of the substantive connotations of the "double reduction" policy as I understand it. What it wants to reduce is just too much and repeated efforts for the "tip of the iceberg", and the time and energy "reduced" are used to improve hidden in the Comprehensive literacy of "under the water".

  Some parents said that they did not dare to let their children sit idle because they were worried that their children would be left behind in their academic performance, but after realizing that only focusing on their children to study is actually "losing watermelons and picking up sesame seeds", those parents who really pay attention to their children's long-term development, I'm afraid I won't be entangled in the present anymore.

  Some parents said that it is not that they do not want their children to be idle, but that they are afraid that their children's idle time will be "occupied" by mobile phones immediately.

In fact, learning is a process of continuous trial and error and constant revision. Children can only learn to plan in the process of planning.

Children have already lost the ability to actively learn and plan themselves in the process of being arranged and filled over time.

  Therefore, this holiday allows children to "leisure", not only to liberate children from the heavy training burden, but also to help children find self-worth in the process, but also a kind of awakening, awakening children's inner motivation, awakening children to think independently ability.

  Now that the external conditions are in place, it depends on whether the parents have the courage.
