The bitter winter cold has eased, but the air quality is disappointing.

Tomorrow (24th) will also be warmer than today, with the highest daytime temperature in Seoul rising to 8 degrees.

Instead, some ultrafine dust concentrations will be at a poor level in the western regions.

It will rain overnight in the East Coast region.

The amount will not be much at 5~10mm, but up to 8cm of snow will fall in the mountainous areas of Gangwon-do, where the temperature is gradually dropping, and 1~5cm of snow will fall and accumulate in the east coast of Gangwon-do.

Heavy snow warnings will also be issued gradually for some Yeongdong areas.

Other inland areas will have only occasional clouds in the sky tomorrow.

The daytime maximum temperature will rise to 8 degrees in Seoul and 10 degrees in Daejeon, which will be higher than today.

The daytime maximum temperature will rise to 11 degrees in Gwangju and 9 degrees in Busan.

As the temperature drops again this week, the winter will be colder than usual, but there is no need to worry about a cold wave.
