【解说】福建省政协十二届五次会议1月21日在福州开幕。福建正式进入“两会”时间。今年1月1日，《区域全面经济伙伴关系协定》(RCEP)正式生效，全球经贸规模最大、最具发展潜力的自由贸易区启航，RCEP也成为了与会各界人士热议的焦点。
【解说】福建与RCEP成员国特别是东南亚国家地缘相近、人缘相亲、交流交往源远流长，RCEP成员国多是闽籍华侨华人主要聚集地。与会侨领表示，福建应发挥侨的优势，加强对接合作，争取在融入RCEP实施中扩大开放成果。

蒙古和中国的贸易量也非常大，将近占百分之六到七十的小额贸易都是从我们中国口岸过去的，我觉得说RCEP的开通啊，对外贸这块有很大促进，特别是有海外仓这一块，刚好借这个机会，也有这样一个平台可能把疫情的危机变成一种机遇。
【解说】作为国际经贸领域的活跃力量，不少港澳同胞和海外侨胞也敏锐感知到RCEP所带来的蓬勃商机。他们纷纷表示，RCEP成员国之间的经济互补性强，发展潜力大，应积极把握协定的政策红利。

国与国之间一种货币结算方面可以更好以点对点这种方式来做一个结合，这样可以帮助我们的人民币还有帮助我们国家这种货币政策更加国家化，我们的港澳乡亲还有我们东南亚的闽籍乡亲呢，可以更好地和东南亚国家，还有我们周边的这些国家呢更好做好经贸往来，这样可以帮助我们福建的企业走出去，借助这个平台可以更好地帮助我们的企业国际化。

全球疫情整个运输各方面都不方便，那通过这个平台的话，我们可以跟世界重新建一个销售轨道，建一个产业链，这对我们中国企业来说应该是一个福祉。产业转型跟实体经济结合，还有平台电商的发展趋势都是这几年的走向，促进海内外贸易更加畅通。
[Explanation] In recent years, Fujian has actively explored new paths for the integrated development of the two sides of the Taiwan Strait, and has achieved a series of results in economic and trade cooperation, implementation, policy service system construction, and cultural identity.
People from Taiwan who attended the meeting said that RCEP has a relatively high degree of liberalization, with strong openness and inclusiveness. The implementation of RCEP will further strengthen economic and trade cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan.

I think that Taiwan can be integrated into the development of RCEP in the mainland of the motherland, so I hope that our products in Taiwan can also be integrated into this area to deepen the development of cross-strait integration. I believe that the economy of Taiwan will also use the concept of RCEP. There can be a better development.
