当初、女性は自宅で療養していましたが、数日後、腹部の持病の状態が悪化し、救急搬送されました。
女性は「はじめに熱が39度くらいまで上がって翌日に医療機関で陽性が確認されたのですが、そのときは熱は下がっていたので、このままどんどん楽に治っていくのではないかと思っていました。しかし、意外とそうではなく、感染によって体はダメージを受けていたようです」と話していました。
そして、病院で検査したところ、オミクロン株への感染の疑いがあることが分かりました。
一方、家族への影響も大きく、夫は職場に行けず自宅待機となり、息子は大学受験でしたが、陰性の結果を受けて別室で受験する形になったということです。
